The Trio Sucharaka is a group of three friends who attend Tokisadame High School. It is comprised of Yuuko Aioi, Mio Naganohara, and Mai Minakami. Together, the trio represents three out of the six main characters in Nichijou.

Yuuko[]
An energetic girl, Yuuko loves making jokes and making other people laugh, but her jokes aren't funny enough to make her friends laugh. She is the central figure in the trio.
Mio[]
A bright and cheerful girl, Mio is more 'normal' in contrast to her friends Yuuko and Mai.
Mai[]
A quiet and expressionless girl, Mai nonetheless likes playing pranks on people (mostly Yuuko). Her deadpan humor leads other people to wonder what is going on in her head.
