The bald Principal at the school where the story is set. While known for his old jokes and puns, unknown to most, he is a talented wrestler. In Episode 26, he is referred to as "Principal Shinonome", implying he may be a relative of Hakase. He is shown to be self conscious of his lack of hair.

Appearance
As always, he wears suit as the normal school principal would be. a black suit with long sleveed white shirt and a full windsor tie knot. In episode where the principal is wrestling with a deer, inside his suit he is wearing a vest. Its unknown if the vest was worn everyday by him.
He has a ultimately a bald head. Not to mention he tried to have a hair by going to a doctor, or covering it with wigs (his wigs are easily loose).
Personality
He is rational, proved by him when thinking he wouldn't win if climbed the statue again against the deer. He can't make a good joke as the student didn't laugh at ceremony.
He is calm, except when talking about his hair.
