Princess Starla is the daughter of King Albert who tries to protect the sacred wooden cubes from Dolph. She is somewhat rather spoiled. She becomes the Fey Kingdom's Soldiers' leader after "killing" Dolph (he tripped and died) but mostly uses the soldiers to entertain herself. However, she's quite humourless and cruel, making the soldiers' who failed their attempts to entertain her fall to their death.
In Nichijou: Uchuujin, she sends the Fey Kingdom Soldiers to Earth, to record crazy, absurd or funny instances of people's ordinary life, so she can entertain herself like she's watching TV. She's perhaps she has the most unique intentions for a dictator in Anime.
