NichiProjects are collaborative tasks of Nichijou fans working together to improve Nichijou Wiki. Open to everyone and the community, these groups focus on specific topics, much like WikiProjects in other encyclopedias, to enhance content and guide contributions, especially with new material coming in 2025. This page serves as the central hub for all NichiProjects, helping the community improve the Wiki's quality, to implement and coordinate larger projects.

Use Official Translations of media
When possible, such as for quotes and screenshots, use official translations. Fan translations can be good, but may be confusingly inconsistent between several independent versions.

Category
Everything in Content>Nichijou Series. Characters, addition Japanese things, locations, episodes, books, collateral. Images are in their related category. No media category required. Pictures in Manga category should be moved to Manga Images. Manga Cover, Omake, etc. Categories should be put in Manga Images. Light novel?
Standardize the tone in the episode articles to an encyclopedic one. Rewrite all episodes and manga chapters from the series.

Mobile site doesn't have a clear front page. Edit the menus to make sure all content is accessible.

These text summaries could have the infobox images placed next to them.
Article Galleries

January310 translation note. Whisper probably should be Mutter, Audio CD. Add music templates and organise the description on the music page. Add detail to magazine template. Double check characters and other songs, make sure english reads well, and use DeepL Translator to check accuracy.
Discord
Discord integration to Nichijou-CITY discord. Ask their admins.
Main Page
Make main page have more buttons. Access everything notable. Fan art? Side content?
Replace any infobox templates with song infobox. Add tabs to infobox image, like with helvetica.
Image Organisation.
Images added to episode galleries should be in the highest quality available, just like the current images. They should also be added in the correct order. Also, all files should be in equal size for proper showcase.

Infoboxes, Book Infobox
Infoboxes are not portable. Does this need to be changed? Does the style need to be updated? Some articles use manga infobox, which doesn't really fit. Helvetica Standard ~Royal Straight Flush~ for example used Daihyakka1 for a while, before being switched to manga infobox. Is this infobox a good choice? Does it need to be updated?
Etymology
Section should be on top of page, and include kanji and meanings that are relevant. Some need cleanup, others may need rewriting.
