A small yellow bird that appears throughout the series, officially named by Yuuko at the end of Volume 10.
In manga, it was discovered by Yuuko and it named Mole, because she saw her mother wearing a shirt with a cartoon mole. Mogura is Japanese for mole. [1]
It appears frequently in Keiichi Arawi's work and across the anime in the background and in graphics, perched on buildings, trees and typography.
